Unlike standard garment manufacturers who only test spot samples, we perform 100% full-cycle aging tests on heating elements, power banks, and finished garments.” 

 

Q1: How do you guarantee the heating safety of the garments?

 

A: We use self-developed electronic temperature controllers with built-in current/voltage protection, paired with Japan Toray carbon fiber heating elements. Every component is flame-retardant (V0 grade shell) and 100% aging-tested before assembly. 

Q2: Are the heated garments washable and safe in the rain?

A: Yes. We use high-conductivity TPE hydrolyzed waterproof cables and sealed silicone switches. Our heating systems undergo strict wash-durability testing in our laboratory. 

Q3: How do you ensure battery safety?

 

A: We use pure ternary high-rate cells with V0 fire-retardant enclosures. All power banks undergo 1.5 cycles of 100% full aging test and comply with UN38.3 and MSDS safety standards.
